Thanks to the continued high levels of service provided by all the team here at Love2Care we are delighted to announce that we have received a second outstanding rating in 2019 from the Care Quality Commission.

As the independent regulator of health and social care in England, the Care Quality Commission monitors, inspects and regulates care services across the country to ensure they are safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led.

Following our outstanding rating in 2018 in which we were recognised for our extremely committed staff who deliver very effective care and support. We were delighted to receive yet another outstanding rating in September 2019 for our continued exceptional levels of care.

In this year’s report, Love2Care was highlighted for our ongoing dedication that puts people at the centre of their care experience. Our team was recognised for putting together personalised services to meet specific needs, preferences and wishes of the people we support. As a result, it was noted that those who use our services, benefit from more opportunity, choice and control in their lives.

Working well together as a team is also an area that is extremely important to us at Love2Care and it’s what enables us to offer the very highest service of care. Our latest report from the Care Quality Commission also highlights the skilled and well-trained individuals who make up our team. Highly motivated, they utilise their skills to ensure the best possible outcome for the people we care for.
